The date is still months away. But’s it’s never too early to prepare.  The Harvard Business School Social Enterprise Inititative is sponsoring a business plan that can provide great feedback and funding for your social venture.   YouImpact.us will certainly be applying for this competition. You get feedback from philanthropists, venture capitalists, as well as social entrepreneurs on your idea. And the winner receives $25K along with in-kind services and support.

The business plans will be judged for strength of application in the following areas: Idea/Concept, Social Value Creation, People, Context, Resources, and Performance Measurement.

Take note:  if your time has a Harvard Business School student, your deadline is coming soon!  December 18, 2009 in fact.
